MAGIC 2D Game Design Camp - Game Creation in Unreal Engine 5
- Enhance your game development skills in this summer camp focused on creating a 2D platformer game in Unreal Engine 5. Learn the basics of Blueprint scripting, player movement, and input handling. Dive into level design, implementing game variables like score and lives, and creating satisfying gameplay mechanics. Gain experience with menu creation, custom functions, and enemy AI. The camp workshop also covers UI development for menus and HUDs, as well as handling win/lose scenarios.
- By the end, you'll have a complete, playable game and a solid foundation in Unreal Engine 5's powerful tools and workflows.
