Program Overview
This program has been designed for current and emerging leaders in small business, nonprofit and the legal field looking to elevate their executive leadership status and strengthen their skills in negotiation to close more deals, leverage more funding, and create seamless buy-in from clients and internal team members.
Participants will be exposed to techniques for properly cultivating relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members as well as proper closing and follow-up language. Students will walk away with tactics they can employ in their personal and professional lives.
Program Content
The Negotiation Certificate is an interactive program where students will be exposed to situations designed to gain the skills to become a strategic negotiator and win. Each day participants will join live simulations and peer feedback. Also, "hot seat" sessions will be conducted to enhance learning and frame personal negotiation scenarios
